Therapy for Wholeness and Well-Being
At Center for New Growth, our psychotherapy services are designed to create a supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow. We know that reaching out for therapy often comes at a tender time, and we strive to meet each person with genuine care, skill, and respect. Our therapists draw on approaches that are both effective and adaptable, always tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual or family.
In this section, you’ll find an overview of the therapy services we offer and the ways they can help foster resilience, clarity, and connection. We want you to feel informed and empowered as you consider the type of support that’s right for you. No matter what brings you to therapy — navigating life transitions, working through past experiences, or seeking greater balance and well-being — we are here to walk alongside you on the path toward growth and wholeness.

Internal Family Systems
Clinician: Jane Moran, AMFT
Internal Family Systems therapy helps you explore and heal the different “parts” within yourself — especially those shaped by past pain or protective roles. In IFS, we believe every part of you has a purpose, and with curiosity and compassion, you can build a deeper connection to your core Self. This therapy can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.
Somatic Psychotherapy
Clinicians:
Carrie Griffin, DO
Jane Moran, AMFT
Somatic psychotherapy blends traditional talk therapy with attention to the body and physical experiences. It emphasizes the mind-body connection and the important role the body plays in overall psychological well-being.

Grief can be deeply challenging, and traditional therapy doesn’t always provide full relief. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers a supportive way to process loss, helping individuals access deeper emotional healing with guidance from skilled therapists.
Complex & Developmental Trauma Therapy (NARM)
Clinician: Carrie Griffin, DO
NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model) is a therapeutic approach for addressing complex childhood trauma and its effects on identity, relationships, and the nervous system.
