KAP Groups
Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) brings people together in a safe, supportive environment where healing can be shared. Experiencing KAP alongside others fosters connection, trust, and a sense of belonging that can deepen personal insights. Group sessions also create a more accessible path to care, making it possible for more individuals to benefit from this powerful therapeutic approach.
We currently offer two KAP groups, each designed to support different needs and stages of the healing journey. You can find more information about these groups below.
Awakening Coherence - Introductory KAP Group
Awakening Coherence is an introductory, 5 person KAP Group with weekly sessions, which includes:
Individual Medical Clearance
90 min. Group Prep
6 IM Group Sessions
6 Group Integration Sessions
Coherence Journey Group
For people who have been through their personal KAP journeys and would like to continue their work in a group setting with a commitment to 3 IM sessions. These 3 sessions would happen over the course of 1-3 months. Offering includes:
90 min. Group Prep
3 IM Group Sessions
3 Group Integration Sessions
