Hormone Care Package
This package includes:
Initial Visit (60 minutes)
Meet with your provider to review your health history, symptoms, and goals.
A personalized plan is created, often including baseline lab work such as hormones, nutrients, CBC, CMP, and thyroid levels. Labs are ideally ordered through your insurance when possible, or completed through Thrive.
Treatment Initiation
Based on your history and lab results, your provider may begin a bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) plan tailored to your needs.
Follow-Up Visit (45–90 days | 30 minutes)
Review your progress and how you’re responding to treatment.
At this stage, a DUTCH test is typically scheduled for 4–6 months after starting HRT.
Follow-up testing may be reviewed and your HRT plan adjusted as needed, with continued support based on your progress and goals.
Cost for this package is $795 in total.
