Grace's Background

Grace Eidman, is a mindful, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapist with three years of clinical experience. She is passionate about supporting individuals on their paths toward greater self-understanding and healing, and about creating spaces where people can show up fully — with every part of themselves — and be met with warmth, safety, and genuine curiosity. She believes that therapy is not just about addressing pain or “fixing” problems, but about making room for joy, exploring identity, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that long to be seen. As a member of the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities, Grace brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work, offering an affirming and inclusive space for all clients.

Experience and Approach

Grace’s therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based and relational modalities, including:

Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Integration, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

She views therapy as a collaborative process — one where both therapist and client work together to explore patterns, foster self-awareness, and cultivate meaningful change. Her clinical focus includes supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, religious trauma, and relational challenges, and those looking for space to explore identity and self-worth. Through this integrative, compassionate framework, Grace helps clients reconnect with their inner resilience and move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. Grace is also a Spravato facilitator.
