Bryan Kraus, LCSW
Integration Therapist

Bryan's Background
Bryan offers counseling for individuals seeking greater clarity, healing, and connection in their lives. For those feeling called to explore deeper layers of experience, he provides a thoughtful, supportive space with an emphasis on preparation and integration. If you're ready to take the next step toward growth and transformation, he’d be honored to walk alongside you.
From an early age, Bryan has been drawn to questions of meaning, consciousness, and healing. He studied with teachers in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and participated in extended meditation retreats, experiences that continue to shape how he understands awareness and integration. His background in palliative care, supporting individuals and families through profound transitions, has also reinforced the importance of holding transformative experiences with care, humility, and ethical grounding.
Experience and Approach
Bryan's work is rooted in mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, offering a spacious and compassionate environment to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns of living. He believes healing begins by meeting you exactly where you are. A central focus of his work is helping clients integrate their experiences—insights, emotions, and shifts in awareness—into meaningful, sustainable change. When working with ketamine-assisted therapy or other psychedelic-assisted experiences, this foundation supports intention-setting, preparation, and thoughtful integration into daily life.
He works with adults navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of living with chronic pain or illness. His work is informed by mindfulness-based practices and training in Gestalt and somatic therapies, offering an embodied, trauma-aware approach well suited for integrative and experiential forms of psychotherapy.
